in january of 2009 I had a customer by the name of BILL ZAISS of PLUMB RITE / PRO'S PLUMBING of Ferndale/Bellingham Washington bounce a check for almost $800 for a motorhome generator repair. After a couple of weeks talking about it, he blew me off, so I held a construction dump trailer attached to his motorhome in the shop until it was paid. I believe this was his reaction. UPDATE: Paperwork for the Restraining Order has been filed, hearing is in a couple of weeks, all the neighbors around the shop and the businesses across the street have been notified about Zaiss, and some of the people and other businesses, including a church he got kicked out of, that he has caused problems for in the last few years have been notified, in case they want to issue a statement for the hearing.
