poutine is french fries, gravy and cheese curds. it is the most delicious thing possibly in the world. It may clog your arteries... but thats a risk we canadians are willing to take. For a mothers day feast we made a huge batch of poutine and tons hamburgers. That might have been the best Mothersday meal ever.
