With all the hard work I did today I did manage to grill out. If you have a Fresh & Easy near you pick up these Cajun Porkchops. They are delicious. A bit of a tang, with a crunchy crust on the outside. Makes me hungry just looking at them again.

Nopa pork chop FTW.
