One of my favorites is pork chops. Michael coats them in flour, then egg, then crackers & bread crumbs combined. He browns them in a pan in a little oil. Then he bakes them in the oven (for small boneless chops) for 40-45 minutes at 275°F (For larger chops with bones 1 to 1-1/4 hrs same temp) Seasoned with salt, pepper and soy sauce.
The rice had lemon pepper seasoning which complimented the lemon tea.

She's got a great sense of humor, singing creepy songs like "Lady" by Kenny Rogers with a certain... flair.
