One of my favorites is pork chops. Michael coats them in flour, then egg, then crackers & bread crumbs combined. He browns them in a pan in a little oil. Then he bakes them in the oven (for small boneless chops) for 40-45 minutes at 275°F (For larger chops with bones 1 to 1-1/4 hrs same temp) Seasoned with salt, pepper and soy sauce.

The rice had lemon pepper seasoning which complimented the lemon tea.

She's got a great sense of humor, singing creepy songs like "Lady" by Kenny Rogers with a certain... flair.

Served with other leftovers. I didn't want to over-eat but I could have had some more :). I wish I wasn't so self-conscious about my cooking. It has to be totally perfect for me to want to host : /. I always find something miniscule to pick on. I'm my worst critic I guess.
