This is pork chop already expertly cooked by T. It is juicy and "just cooked" not overcooked.
But now it is stone-cold and if I were to reheat it any other way (such as microwave), it would make it overcooked.
This way, you keep the chops juicy, and the outside charred AND warmed up just enough!
Have you ever seen a thicker more beautiful cut of pork? I know this is the nicest chop I have seen.

My porkchops were doing this weird puffy thing in the pan last night; I felt that it needed to be captured for posterity.

Simple recipe: season pork chops with salt and pepper, moisten with beaten egg, dredge in flour. Fry in oil 4 to 6 minutes per side. More or less. I started putting it together before going to find a recipe to make sure.
