Abandoned Abused Street Dogs.
Back Story ......................................
Lots of things have been happening so I'll just
hit the highlights in hopes of getting the story
told...........
Two monks have come back to The Dog Palace .
Both are well known friends of Mama.
One in particular she loves to hang out with when I'm
absent. His room is right behind the Buddha statues on
the second floor at The Dog Palace.
From there she keeps a close eye on the bingo room and
the old rusty gate. So when I show up it's easy for her to
come ah running ............ ;-)
The Nurse Nun attends to Mamas medicine twice a day so
that too is covered in my absence.
In short order... Everything at the monkey temple is covered.
OK, this photo was taken behind The Tri-Pod Temple.
Next photo was taken in front of The Tri-Pod Temple.
Been cooking a huge amount of rice and chicken for the last
two days. Finally mid-morning I took off with the sidecar packed full of food. Not only for the dogs but as you can see for the colorful chickens as well.
I tried to sneak into the temple grounds but Tri-Pod was just
to quick so he got fed first.
Before I forget, this photo shows what's in front of me.
But if you do a 180 degree turn the same same is happening behind me too. 8-9 dogs and who knows how many chickens ?
Out front with Tri-Pod about the same amount of dogs..............
Tomorrow will be another run for a re-supply on meat cuz we went through a bunch of it yesterday and today.
All the rice you see is saturated with chicken broth and pieces of cooked chicken.
It's Sunday here and the temples are packed with people due to this weekend is a special Buddha weekend.
Everybody, and I do mean everybody stops when I pull in.
They smile and nod their heads knowing all about the white man who feeds the dogs. I smile an go about my business, then disappear back into the jungles. Just the way I like it .. ;-)
.
.....Thank You All. Appreciate your kindness and support.....
Thank You.

Maci Windu commandeered a tac pod. It has been painted and is now his main form of transport for him and his personal guard.
"Evacuate? In our moment of triumph? I think you overestimate their chances."
Of course Tarkin wasn't staying at the Tropicana Hotel.
So, Hallbadorn here. I'm currently trying to enjoy a week long vacation from work and the weather here in Edmonton, AB has sucked!!! - POD - and I have been stuck in the house all weekend, minus a fabulous dinner out with our good friends on Saturday night, due to rain and mosquitos and I have started to go crazy!! Today we were optimistically going to do a photo-walk downtown at the Edmonton Street Performer's Festival but our plans were drowned out by rain.
I still wanted to take photos though! This shot was a result of my determination to get a good photo. I took it with our Fujifilm FinePix X100 at our favorite coffee shop, Transcend Coffee. I finally figured out how to use the X100 properly so I'm ecstatic that it turned out!

I've been thinking about what to do with jet engines I got in a Chima set, and also thinking about building one more speeder to improve my building skills.
Today I came up with an idea of making a pod racer as in Star Wars: EP 1. However, the minifigure pilot I have is actually a resistance pilot, precisely appearing much later in the SW galaxy.
So I tried the speeder to be more like a EP 4 thing, rather than a streamlined naboo star fighter.
Probably the resistance appropriated the Pod Racer to their fighter speeder. :D
Te llaman gran poder y vas sin fuerzas y desecho; quien supiera comprender lo duro que es esconder tanto dolor en el pecho.
This shot has a bit of a funny story behind it but mostly for the English speaking people. We were doing a walk along the Vintgar Gorge, near Bled, Slovenia, when I saw a sign for this waterfall. The sign read "Poo slap". Since I don't speak Slovenian I couldn't tell whether that was a joke or not. Slap means waterfall in Slovenian but poo??? So I approached the waterfall with caution and found this beauty and forgot about the mental images I was creating in my head. It turned out the real name was "Pod slap" so I guess some English speaker thought it would be funny to make the name of the place look like "poo slap".
