The British army adopted a single pigtail or "queue" as its standard dress for long hair from 1600s through 1800s.

Mom still needs to get the hang of the pigtail thing, but the good thing is that Misty doesn't mind having her hair played with and doesn't pull out the hair bands. :)

At 10 months, my hair is finally long enough for pigtails, albeit, very tiny scene pigtails. Eitherway, it keeps me from pulling at my hair all day.

Since Yume is bald now, we were experimenting with chinese pigtail hats. I think it's time to take Yume's image in a new direction.
