CP 8614 leads westbound grainer across the "Old Man River" between Pearce and Monarch Alberta on CP's Crowsnest Sub.

The old post office (photographed earlier) is on the right, and the old store is on the left. Both are now residences. In the distance, to the left of the truck, is the town's old jail.

That pretty much kicks it in the head for Pearce.

8 Day painted arch dial long case clock by Shepparly & Pearce from Nottingham. 1830.

A mid 17th. century farmhouse on Blo Norton Road, South Lopham, altered during the late 20th. century. Timber framed with wattle and daub infill, ground floor now stone clad.

The farmhouse received Grade: II listed building status on 17th. May 1984. (English Heritage Legacy ID: 220620).
