No particular meaning behind this, I just wanted to use the netting I had (which, in fact, is attached to one of those bed canopies from IKEA)

Bird netting to keep the birds out around the boysenberry and the squirrels as well. Zoomed to up close no macro. I find zooming with my 18-200mm lens gives great bokeh rather than the macro shots. Love the way the bugs had eaten the leaf at the top makes you wonder.Right off camera,no processing here

Another Version of my grandmother's hats

I spent today at a conference looking at Wetlands and storm water collection in the Salisbury area. Pretty interesting stuff. This is the netting that covers the reed beds at Parafield airport to keep the birds away.
