Electric netting makes suitable interior or temporary fencing for sheep and goats.

A grey day in Whitstable

This is the storage compartment netting that is on the roof of my Bigrig. I have a six light LED red light bar that I put between the netting and the frame and that lights up the roof of the cab. It helps you see better when there is glare from other vehicles...I find so anyhow and it is also a mood light.

Another image of the Steampunk Skull for Halloween, but this time it was shot behind a white, net bag. Do the Sunday Jigsaw version of this image: hedonblog.co.uk/2025/10/26/halloween-head-sunday-jigsaw/

I felt like this store was beginning its "Project Impact" remodel, because there is netting behind the signs in the food center. I don't think that would be a fixture that was always there.....

still need to put this on!!!!

This netting is commonplace where I live, but I made the photo because I have Flickr friends who have probably never seen it. The safety net prevents rocks from falling onto the highway below. I was standing on a trail between the road and the mountaintop.

Here's quite the pic of John Mayberry's home ru... erm, VERY LONG foul ball.. from Phillies Spring Training two weeks back in Clearwater, Florida.

I really, REALLY, am not fond of the netting behind home plate even if it means preventing a drunk game goer from getting zonked in the head with a foul ball. Hey, I want the shot! The netting has to go!

In all seriousness, however, Phillies spring training was one of the better weekends in recent memory. This shot reminds me of a baseball card!

Well, the developers response to the protest over the hedge netting was to rip it down along with the hedge...at least they've planted a few trees!

Another of my favourite shots from Aldeburgh.

Jungle net. This net, devised by the Jungle Experimental Station, Mobile Force, P.C.D., is made of nylon cord. It weighs 19 ounces. A soldier can sleep on this net and so keep out of water that may be in the trench. [Note how the soldier is covered head to foot. Other photos in the series show mosquito netting in place, and describe the gloves being worn here. Elastic kept the gloves close to the skin. Future modifications added a loop to the sleeve to insert the thumb into, thereby keeping the glove from slipping and exposing skin.] World War 2. Selected by Kathleen.

My photostream has been getting too serious! So, I grabbed this glittery piece of netting, which had been used to create a bow on a gift to Jan and me. I placed it under the craft light that I use for macros. I got some fun results! How's that for lightening up?

P.S. Not only children can receive a gift and play with the wrapping! ;)

Ani trying to net some of the tropical fish that have been turned loose in the Kelly Warm Springs in Grand Teton National Park near Kelly, Wyoming. We found guppies, swordtails, tetras, zebras and other tropicals in the spring. Kelly Warm Springs lies along a fault line on the east side of Jackson Hole. The water enters the aquifer higher up in the Gros Ventre Mountains and ends up flowing down the strata until it get deep below the Jackson Hole valley floor. During its trip to depth, the water is heated by the natural geothermal gradient of the earth. It then rises to the surface along the faults and forms the Kelly Warm Spring. It is believed that locals released their pet fish into the spring giving rise to the current tropical fish population.

Can't wait to start using this in the patterns for some scrubbers and bath puffs. With it being on a roll will make it easy to measure and cut to the pattern size requirements.
