The feast of the lady of Peñafrancia takes place on the month of September. It is highlighted by several events - the traslacion - where the image is brought from its shrine to the Naga Cathedral where the novena is held; the civic parade; the military parade; and the regata procession - where hte image is brought back to its shrine.

Cherished by the community, we Naganians take great pride of is the Naga, Cebu plaza by the Baywalk . Community plaza holds milestones of events over the years. A venue of open air entertainment events such as: Fiesta, Christmas, New Year, Naga-Sinulog and Historical events.

This is what happens every 2nd Friday of September where hundreds of people from distant and neighboring towns flock the City to observe and participate in this occasion.
