U.S. Army Sgt. Chad Moxness, an instructor at the Fort Hood Air Assault School from Dale City, Va., communicates with the pilots of two UH-60 Blackhawks belonging to Co. The school itself is 10 days of rigorous, fast paced training. The high standards of the school require the student to take part in a 12-mile march with rucksack in under three hours on the morning of graduation to be awarded their wings. Each iteration of the Fort Hood Air Assault School begins wih 132 students, and ends with an average of 80 graduates. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt. Ken Scar, 7th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment)

I knew that Rizal (Moxs www.flickr.com/photos/moxsphotography/2867432547/ ) has a mac, so I suddenly got this great idea to ask him to do a video chat with me. Macs are great for this, just click and play. He said he had never done it before but it was so easy, nothing to set up, just click and play.
Rizal is in Jakarta, Indonesia, and I'll be seeing him when I go there which will be about 10 days from now (september 28)
You may be wondering why there are 60 images of the cute, fine flickr friend Kara (www.flickr.com/photos/krazykara/sets/72157603745623660/ ) plastered all over next to the screen shot of Rizal and me doing our video conference. Good question, I'll explain.
Rizal and Kara seem to have the opposite personality when it comes to showing pix of themself. Rizal is what I would call 'extremely shy' about putting his own photo up. And Kara, well, the photos speak for themselves. So I was trying to show Rizal an example of what some people do to show others what they look like. The best example I could think of was Kara. I just love that set of hers. 100+ pure cute mug shots!! hehehe. So I was hoping some of what Kara had might rub off onto Rizal. We'll see what happens.
