Now, what was it she told me to get!
Potatoes, carrots … I should have brought that list she wrote.
Potatoes, carrots, onions, cabbage …. She always says that I don’t listen to her, or is it that I never listen to her.
Potatoes, carrots, onions ……. Oh, those cream cakes look good.
Fascinating, this rubber-faced lifeform either has the immense mental strength to resist a Vulcan mind probe...
... or there's nothing in there at all!
"Mind the gap" is a warning to train passengers of the gap between the train door and the station platform. It was introduced in 1969 by the London Underground.

When I talk about warblers, many people say that they didn’t even realize that these were birds from the area. That’s predominantly because they are small. “How small,” you ask? Keep in mind that these are cherry blossoms. That’s how small! Add the fact that they are extremely fast, and that many try to stay hidden in the canopy of trees and you now know why you don’t really see them. Over the next 6 weeks many different warblers will migrate across North America. It’s well worth listening and watching. #PineWarblers
Khajoo Bridge Over the dry Zayandeh Rood River, Esfahan, Iran. (Zayandeh Rood means the river which generates life, in Persian.)
The middle of the bridge is open where carriages and later cars used to travel. On both sides of the bridge, there are covered walkways. And these walkways have openings at intervals, to the passing traffic in the middle, only on foot now, and on the other side to the river, dry now. To the right of the walkway which you can see in the photograph, there are openings where you can have a free fall if you wish to the cracked, hard, and dry bed of a river which used to be and used to give life.

"Every child is born blessed with a vivid imagination. But just as a muscle grows flabby with disuse, so the bright imagination of a child pales in later years if he ceases to exercise it."

don't forget to press L to view on black :)
this took me the longest it has ever taken me to finish a concept edting wise and I guess this is the very first upload on my entire stream I'm actually fully happy with and, which is even more important, even a little proud of. we were shooting out in the woods yesterday after a day of a series of enormous thunder, mosquitos were nailing us and we were soaked when we got back, haha. but it was tons of fun :) we even found a tiny frog, check the comments ;)
if I had to list all the inspirations for this shot the list would quite possibly never end. the main ones are a recent dream of mine and the heartbreaking Disney quote above, though. every time his words come to my mind I tell myself that I will never end up not believing in magic and the extraordinary because its them which make life so much more interesting. it feels like I've always had a vivid imagination so I'm not actually worried :) even though the reference might not be obvious, I had the story of Little Red Riding Hood in my head when creating this which used to be one of my favorite fairy tales when growing up. I wish I'd had a red cape (I'd go crazy, I think :D).
feedback is always appreciated, enjoy the rest of the weekend! :)

"When I am able to resist the the temptation to judge others, I can see them as teachers of forgiveness in my life, reminding me that I can only have peace of mind when I forgive rather than Judge".

being stuck in an airport waiting for a long time in the middle of the night with subways and a remote for my camera = this
i was listening to where is my mind by the pixies when i took this... and pretty much the rest of the time sitting at the airport
Seriously.
You know how it is the first time you are exposed to something truly impressive that is completely outside anything you've ever known or experienced -- you kinda sit back inside the privacy of your mind and sound high.
"Whoaaahhhh!" "NO. WAY!!!"
And ultimately: "what the ACTUAL F*** — is that for REAL?!?"
For an instant, you're truly questioning everything you thought you knew and wondering just HOW to make sense of this new idea. I might even get a little skeptical and think someone's trying to punk me...
But eventually it sinks in. Denial over.
Your worldview is now completely and utterly changed.
Deal with it. :-)

WIT: Took my lensball, and created a refraction and reflection. Added a bit of texture and blur to represent my mind when it's dark and cloudy.
The obligatory West Pier shots begin once the waves start to pick up ;-)) How much more of it we will lose this coming winter remains to be seen!
Jasper, like many dogs, employs mind control to get us to play. You really can't resist that penetrating stare. See the next photo for proof that it works

Just finished a 26 hour 650 mile drive through the Arctic regions of Norway Sweden and Finland. We hit the jackpot in Sweden with full corona of the Northern Lights repeating multiple times. This shot was right in the heart of it when it was going full blast. I didn't know if I should be using the camera or crying. A big special thanks to Antony Spencer and David Clapp for sorting the trip out. And if you want to see the Northern lights, have a top time and start to learn how to use your camera check these guys out. Right need to go to sleep I'm battered!
Ps no dodgy editing in this pic. Slight tweak of levels and noise reduction. This was a small part of what it looked like using a 24mm lens. It was everywhere!
