I made it for one of my colleagues who gave me a lot of broken china, ceramics, crystal glass... She told me the stories of these pieces, they were relics of her past...

I used some shards of these objects just to remind her of the beautiful lacy bowl, sugar-bowl, etc.

(Unfortunately, I was not able to compose the tigers into the design :-)))

Looking through the latest challenges, I saw SSS Monday's "Mythology/Inspired by a Story" challenge. This Lawn Fawn set was sitting on my desk waiting for me to use it for something else and a light bulb went off - Beauty & the Beast! Then I remembered that I had this candelabra die and I was off to the races. With a bit of masking and some hand drawing I had my characters done. The sentiment inside says, "for letting us be your guests". TFL!

This is fun little card I made for my brother's birthday. The cute little dog is by Penny Black: For You! (wood mount) 3446E and was stamped with Ranger Archival Sepia ink and coloured with a mix of Tombow pens and watercolour pencils. I added red and blue glitter cardstock to the present the dog is holding.

The diecut Happy Birthday is a die by Memory Box: Grand Happy Birthday #98839.

I just got this Santa Snacks set and had to use it for our eldest DD. The panel is a piece of watercolor paper that I embossed and then added a wash of green. The sentiment, mug and cookies are all popped up with foam tape. I added Glossy Accents to the cookies which made them a little darker than I thought - oh, well. TFL!
