A custom Luxury home in the Andalusian style designed by Dan Sater and his company The Sater Group, Inc.
The ceiling and other walls are Restoration Hardware Sea Foam. Paint colors never translate well in photos. The accent wall color originally painted was nixed for Solitude because RH Atmosphere wasn't accent-y enough.
Walls were painted with a series of glazes, and the niche shows the view at their summer home on Lake Bantam, CT.

This was shot for a builder for his portfolio. Image was photographed with a Canon 30D, 10-22 Canon lens, 580EX II flash. Three photos taken, two exposures for the bathroom, one for the windows down the hall, then manually combined in Photoshop with some post processing as well.

Combination time maching, jetted tub, shower and steam room! Tried it out. Went back to Woodstock in the 60s for a few minutes! LOL.
It was a nightmare to light. The "time machine" had glowing neon lights of all sorts of colors, the area to CL was tungsten. Tried a number of different filters and custom white balances, but what worked out best was Auto White Balance (can you believe it!).
Lots of work in Nik filters, Veviza 2 and Topaz.
