PROPERTIES:
NURCHEM ZBEC-70 is an ultrafast dithiocarbamates accelerator which can produce no nitrosamine and a primary or secondary accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber such as EPDM, IR, SBR, NBR, IIR, etc. Compared to traditional dithiocarbamates accelerators, NURCHEM ZBEC-70 has higher processing safety. It can activate thiazoles or sulfenamides and can be activated by alkaline accelerators. Vulcanizate accelerated by NURCHEM ZBEC-70 has similar tensile strength to that accelerated by other dithiocarbamates when dosage is same.

Production process:
It is synthesized from carbon monoxide and hydrogen under certain pressure, temperature and catalyst conditions, fractionated, solvent extraction and bleaching, so as to obtain high melting point wax from monomer hydrocarbons similar to liquid paraffin wax to polyethylene wax. It has special properties that other natural waxes or synthetic waxes do not have. The Fischer-tropsch process was originally used as a substitute for synthetic petroleum products. High melting point paraffin wax can be used as an external lubricant for PVC. The low viscosity can increase the production speed of these products. Overview of HKY / SKY Two Stage Extruder
HKY / SKY series two-stage extrusion system: the first stage is HK or SK series high speed and high torque co-rotating twin screw extruder, the second stage is single screw extruder to form a two-stage compound extrusion system. The system combines twin screw high speed, strong mixing with single screw low speed, low temperature and weak shearing characteristics to enhance advantages and avoid disadvantages. Overview of SK53 Twin Screw Extruder
SK53 twin screw extruder can be used in engineering plastics, color masterbatch, functional masterbatch, blending modification and other industries.
