Miaa and Xero posed for my seven of cups tarot card a while back and I promised her I'd edit some of the outtakes just so she'd have some hot pics of her kissing her boyfriend.

And now, it is later. Much later.
So, we're having dinner at Ray's the Steaks and in the middle of the conversation I notice my friends gawking at something behind my back. I enquire if it is polite to look, and I'm essentially told to look right now. The lady you see there was ... how to put this ... riding this guy at their table. Pretty much everyone at the tiny restaurant was watching them.
Moments later, she got up and went to the restroom. What perfect timing, because I also needed to go that way. Along the way, it became clear that she wasn't sober. Mostly on account of her using the wall as a stability device.
I get to the men's room, and there's someone in there. A few seconds later, the women's bathroom door opens and someone who is not that woman comes out. At this point, I figure pink sweater is in the men's room, and I continue to wait.
A couple of minutes later, the door opens and she just about stumbles into me. She apologizes and says, "I didn't know it was mens..." Which is hard to believe considering the urinal inside!
Shortly after that, they both get up and start to head to the bathroom. But they decided they couldn't wait, and found that bit of wall there to start making out and touching each other. I think everyone saw this display except for the woman whose head is in the background there.
They, eventually and to many guffaws, continued towards the men's room. At this point, one of the staff had had enough, and asked them to clear the bathroom and get out.
All I could think during this was "AWESOME! Dinner and a show! Fantastic at twice the price!"
I can only assume that they were cheating on their spouses or something cause I never seen such PDA in my life from an older couple.

Love between dragonflies is a bit different than most others, but perhaps we can call this stage of the mating ritual of this pair of yellow-winged darters (Sympetrum flaveolum) "making out"?

I rented the 70-200mm lens (with vibration reduction). It has to go back today at nonn. I was so impressed with the images from that lens. What fun. More later. Still on vacation but had to share. ;)

This is an image that has both artistic and sentimental value. For me, photography is primarily a solo pursuit. You can guarantee that dawn shots are solo acts! But on this particular autumn night, my favorite little lady agreed to accompany me out to shoot some nightscapes. I love the experience anyway, but having her there with me under the stars made it all the more special. But there is one more sentimental element...and that leads to my title. The lighting on the buildings is actually ambiant light from a road behind the camera position. A thirty second exposure is a long time to wait, and when you have a beautiful woman with you under the stars, it is only natural to gather her into your arms and do what comes naturally. You will find the evidence on the front facia of the old shack...
