Just got my macro lens. Trying it out in my backyard.

This purple succulent lives on my patio. It was created from a piece I broke off another plant at a really cool public garden in Santa Monica.

 

Side note - I just realized I forgot to upload a pic for Feb. 6. Thankfully I take pix every day, but somehow I missed uploading this day's image. Now I'm going to go through everything and fix the #'s. See....I guess I should have just waited for Jan 1 to start project 365?! oh well....I'm proud I've gotten this far. The discipline of it has been really good for me.
