Katrina Remnant

This was one of the many signs that caught my eye while I have been down in MS that really made me stop and ponder what a bad hand of cards this man has been dealt throughout his life. His house was completely leveled by Katrina after all he has suffered in the Phillipines. Either this is a testament to the will and preseverance of mankind or a cruel joke from the fates. Truly a heroe regardless.

I should have brought this! It says "Girls Gone Wild" are there's a picture of the wild hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Wilma.

I was looking through some previous photos of Katrina and found this one.

Damage done by hurricane Katrina is still massive. A year and one week later almost nobody has returned to this neighborhood in north Gentilly.
