Jim is a dear friend who takes some fine photos--plus, he posts food shots that
will make your mouth water. I saw this in his stream and just couldn't resist--did
some color enhancing, filtering and used a texture (courtesy of ghostbones ).
Pay Jim a visit, he lives in a beautiful part of the country and his photos show it.

Wadham Stringer were the second builder that were licensed to body the Dennis Dart.
Jim Stones took one of the first to be built and served the busier routes alongside the preferred Mercedes / Reeve Burgess (Later Plaxton) minibuses.
It was new with the cherished mark H1JYM, which has been adorned by no less than six buses since!
Re-registered to H192JNF prior to sale, it found a new home with Stevensons of Uttoxeter, and later Arriva.
This is one of the main protagonists of a Sci-Fi RTS Videogame #StarCraft and the central character of StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty, ex-marshal Jim Raynor, sporting his modified gauss rifle with bayonet and black power armor.

Since this photograph was taken back in July, it has since been acquired by Stringers of Pontefract.
This bus also carried the registration B1JYM at some point during it's time at Jim Stones.

My neighbor's corn just after sunrise. That's his idea of a scarecrow. He always lets the stalks dry out...I'm not sure why. He gave us a few ears last week and they were a beautiful variety with red-tinged husks. Delicious too! Rochester, Washington
