When all hope seemed lost in the war torn world of DA4, and the kaiju Kevin was rampaging about, destroying any city states not already destroyed by vindictive generals, a few determined cities banded together to build the world's last chance at survival: a massive Jaeger, the Inman's Folly, also known as Frank.

Venusia, led by Burgomeister Henjin Quilones, poured her resources into developing the left arm for the mighty machine. Hidden anti-kaiju missiles pop out of the shoulders. Huge blasters are hidden in the top and bottom of the forearm, and in the powerful hand, a deadly ranged weapon. Will it be enough? Only if the other cities complete their part of the mission, and the strength of the Jaeger is greater than that of the kaiju.

To get Venusia's contribution to the Shatterdome, Burgomeister Quilones himself is supervising the transport; the gun is being airlifted by the Sky Narwhal, while the arm itself is carried on a massive trailer. Just in case they run into some trouble, a small attack helicopter rides on the back of the trailer.

The battle is on: Kaiju Kevin against Jaeger Frank. May Inman's Folly triumph!

The penguin engineers of the proud city state of Aptenodytes have finally finished the core component of the might Jaeger, Frank (aka Inmann's Folly). Before shipping this massive feat of engineering off to be combined with the other components, the brave penguins conduct a test of the Energy Diffusion Beam. This weapon utilizes the full might of the Positronic Fusion Reactor Core to vaporize anything in its path.

Please help us in our endeavor to destroy the kaiju Kevin. We need your "Fav's" to give our Jaeger, Frank the strength to defeat the beast.

A frontal view of the Parasitic Jaeger. Such beautiful birds That live there lives at sea other than coming to land to breed on the tundra during breeding season.

Well i have an interesting choice to make right now. I'm sitting watching south park and either i can start drinking some jaeger and watch tv or i can just kick back play some video games...and drink some jaeger lol. Or ya know since i'd be the only one drinking i could just not. We'll see what happens.

Right foot and lower leg WIP. Will finish the upper leg tonight, get the renders done on Tuesday... just need a volunteer to post :-)

Soon a battle will begin... which is your side? "Midnight Ranger" (left) or "Renegade" (right)? ^^

More commonly.... Arctic Skua...!!

'Jaeger' is derived from the German word 'jƤger' meaning 'hunter'....The Parasitic bit is self explanatory :)

None the less a beautiful graceful flyer and quite adept at what it does for a living...!

My newest hunting comapanion....a mana saber spirit beast. The name is from German meaning hunter.

A series of small cartoon-y portrayals of the Jaegers from Pacific Rim, one of my favorite movies ever. They all have room for 2 or 3 trophy figures as pilots.

Primary weapon: Anti-Kaiju plasma sword

Secondary weapons: 2 Light ballistic cannons

I've been working on this one since early march for the BMDPacificRim challenge on the Brick Mecha Division facebook page : www.facebook.com/groups/brickmechadivision/?fref=nf

I used almost all the blue pieces of the Lightning jet (70614) to build this guy.

Fiield trip today to Burlington, Ontario, Canada, to look for the long tailed jaeger that has been seen the past few days.

It took a while but we did see the bird several times.

This was a life bird for both Anne and myself. Whooohooo.

Also met up with other birders we haven't ween for a while.

At one point we had 5 Ric(k)s on the beach standing together.

Stercorarius longicaudus

A swift-flying seabird, extremely graceful and agile in flight. When swimming, it floats buoyantly, and it takes flight from the water easily. Of the three jaeger species, the Long-tail is the smallest and the one that migrates farthest offshore; south of the Arctic, it seldom comes within sight of land.

Somewhat overdue life bird for me. The last of the jaegers that I needed. The most important factor, when it comes to IDing this bird, is the tail shape. Overall it's a pretty typical Long-tailed, though (I called it a Parasitic when I first saw it, but that was quickly corrected by others on board and when it approached closely was obviously wrong).

Hello everyone, Chubbybots back here again with another Pacific Rim Uprising related moc. This moc is inspired by the Kaiju Jaeger Hybrids from the movie. As my son has practically used up all the transblue pieces i had to switched to trans red instead. This is primarily a CCBS moc. Usually when i am feel stuck with system i'll change up and switch up and change to CCBS moc for a nice and easy moc. This one took me about 2 hours to do over the weekend.

Stercorarius pomarinus

This afternoon we went out to East Beach to see if we could find the Pomarine Jaeger that has been reported there over the last couple of weeks. Much to our delight the bird was around and gave some nice photo opps. The bird is very worn and spent most of its time just loafing on the beach but it was fun to see it all the same.

Stercorarius pomarinus adult (Pomarine Skua),

Cayucos, California

Typically pelagic birds, jaegers (skuas) are uncommonly seen on the beach, apparently resting during migration. This is probably the same one that was seen on Morro Strand State Beach the past couple days.

A very rare bird for the area

Taken on a recent trip out side of Sydney. Hand held off a boat in a reasonable swell.
