Remember in the movie "Fatal Attraction" how Glen Close was the psycho ex-lover? This is how it appears to be at this moment. She just won't go away!

"Your fingertips across my skin

The palm trees swaying in the wind

Images

You sang me Spanish lullabies

The sweetest sadness in your eyes

Clever trick

Well, I never want to see you unhappy

I thought you'd want the same for me

Goodbye, my almost lover

Goodbye, my hopeless dream

I'm trying not to think about you

Can't you just let me be?

So long, my luckless romance

My back is turned on you

Should've known you'd bring me heartache

Almost lovers always do

We walked along a crowded street

You took my hand and danced with me

Images

And when you left, you kissed my lips

You told me you would never, never forget

These images

No

Well, I'd never want to see you unhappy

I thought you'd want the same for me

Goodbye, my almost lover

Goodbye, my hopeless dream

I'm trying not to think about you

Can't you just let me be?

So long, my luckless romance

My back is turned on you

Should've known you'd bring me heartache

Almost lovers always do

I cannot go to the ocean

I cannot drive the streets at night

I cannot wake up in the morning

Without you on my mind

So you're gone and I'm haunted

And I bet you are just fine

Did I make it that

Easy to walk right in and out

Of my life?

Goodbye, my almost lover

Goodbye, my hopeless dream

I'm trying not to think about you

Can't you just let me be?

So long, my luckless romance

My back is turned on you

Should have known you'd bring me heartache

Almost lovers always do"

MARIUS

Eponine, who was that girl?

EPONINE

Some bourgeois two-a-penny thing!

MARIUS

Eponine, find her for me!

EPONINE

What will you give me?

MARIUS

Anything!

EPONINE

Got you all excited now,

But God knows what you see in her

Ain't you all delighted now

No, I don't want your money sir...

MARIUS

Eponine! Do this for me...

Discover where she lives

But careful how you go

Don't let your father know

'Ponine! I'm lost until she's found!

EPONINE

You see, I told you so!

There's lots of things I know

'Ponine... she knows her way around!

Missed yesterday. Another 365 bites the dust. I am not as sad as the first time it happened, but I am still sad. This, my 6th or 7th or even 8th attempt, has crashed and burned.

Soooo sad. Our cute little Xmas tree, shivering curbside.

The lack of comments, faves, the fact that i havent hit the explorer page in more that a month and no testimonials have lead me to believe that my work isnt as interesting as before thus causing me to loose motivation. Soooo....

I am taking off from flickr. and im not sure if i will be coming back... Thanks everyone who has supported me.

Good bye...for now.

A six-shooter writes the law as war flames on the range! Adventure---as bullets blaze the pioneer trail! This one had John Wayne, Phyllis Cerf, Lane Chandler, Lew Kelly, and Douglas Cosgrove. Directed by Mack V. Wright.

The first time, my best friend didn't undertand why I did it. 1:30 am. no podía esperar a que amaneciera.

I heard this while editing . I like more the wordless parts.

"Black bird singing in the dead of night

Take these sunken eyes and learn to see

Blackbird fly, Blackbird fly

Into the light of the dark black night.

Blackbird singing in the dead of night

Take these broken wings and learn to fly"

We were only very occasional visitors, not "loyal guests." But still, this nearby eatery will be missed. For one thing, it yielded a memorable shot -- memorable for me anyway:

But also, one never knows how long such a place may stand dormant and neglected.

Incidentally, the owner's explanation for the closing is that business volume never developed to the level that had been anticipated.

I did take home something by which to remember the place, though: five bottles of wine from their leftover inventory, at $3 each.

...time to call it a decade. Happy 2011!

(And this song was playing while I shot this.)
