It's time for a new riddle!
Update!!!
Guess what it is! Everybody has only one unlimited attempts here on Flickr.
But If you are on facebook.com too, you have a second attempt there you could participate there too!
And in addition i give some hints!
1. It is a 'real' macro, taken with a 105mm macro lens and 3 extension tubes (total 65mm)! That means a magnification much higher than 1:1! It's the result of focus stacking of 10 shots!
2. It is food. But you see the 'surface' of the part which you don't eat.
3. It comes NOT from an animal and I ate the contents after photographing!
The winner has the choice of the topic/theme for my next upload! :-)
It hasn't rained in a while so I was able to catch this tadpole resting on the bottom of Chisholm Creek while the water was clear. I'm guessing this is a bullfrog tadpole given the size, but I don't know for sure. In any case, it is something new for my prairie wildlife species set.
Some info: Because the larval period in Bullfrogs can take three years, first, second, and third year tadpoles are present throughout year. Young of the year appear in June.
Distinguishing features: Bullfrog tadpoles are brownish green and often have a yellowish belly. Their body shape is rounded so they wobble when they swim. The tail is noticeably arched and is about 3/5 of the tadpole's total body length. The body and tail have many small bordered black spots.

It was a cold wet winter morning ... mist everywhere ... I was debating on whether I should go to for a walk ... I am glad I decided yes!

Here is the most recognisable flower. Standing alone and singing beautiful songs. Nothing yet could disturb its singing. It amazed me. One song to the next. No one even hates the sound!
It was really too windy to get any good bubbles out there today. This is as good as it gets.
I appreciate each and every visit, comment and fave here on my little corner of Flickr. Have a super day!
It's kind of interesting to see what tags Flickr automatically assigns to your uploads, and how accurate it can be, eh!
We went to Santa Cruz, California, for a moonrise shoot over the Walton Lighthouse. It did not happen, the cloud cover was too thick. We stayed longer to take night shots. The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is a popular amusement park in the region.
I processed a realistic, a paintery, a photographic HDR photo from two RAW exposures, blended them selectively, carefully adjusted the color balance and curves, and desaturated the image. I welcome and appreciate constructive comments.

It can be worrying to see someone struggling as they get older. One of the best things you can do is talk it over together with the person you're worried about, discussing your concerns and listening to each other.
Having those conversations isn't always easy. Family and friends can be deeply unsettled by signs that suggest a loved one isn't coping. Sometimes people find it difficult to have open conversations because they don't want to cause offence, or have strong emotions of their own, not wanting to acknowledge that a loved one is getting older.

Last week I was in San Diego to help train some of the folks at Best Buy. One of the more extensive retail training programs I have ever seen, Best Buy takes key people out of their store for a week... flies them to someplace like San Diego. There they spend time with professional photographers and manufacturer's reps learning the gear and techniques needed to talk with you.
One of the stops was "Action".

The little bug is coming home with me today! He's been sleeping in my room at the breeder's house for the past 3 nights, and while there have been some growing pains (yaaawn), last night was fantastic; Lux was quiet for a full 5 hours, and I don't want to kill anyone today!
Last part was a joke. This is the internet, important to clarify.
It was great watching the behaviour of these Dhole from kill through to play.
The Dhole (Indian wild dog) numbers have reduced drastically in the last decade to under 2,000 adults. When talking to the naturalists they explained seeing large clans is a sight rarely seen today. In tropical forests they not only have the decline in habitat loss to deal with they also compete for food with Tigers and Leopards so in the parks where Tiger numbers gain the likely hood is that the number of Leopards and Dhole decreases.

It was my birthday today and my daughters gave me this very cute Robert Smith Pop Vinyl (I may love this more than my new iPad). I let him blow out my candle for me.

For the Macro Mondays challenge “In a Bottle” (February 12th 2017)
A bottle of clear nail polish with brush.
I had so many ideas I didn't know where to start. But as soon as I found this old bottle of nail polish I was hooked! It was difficult to get the lighting right, to give the glow behind the bottle without the light bleaching out the glass. This shot is basically SOOC, just a signature added.
I didn't include an establishing shot against a credit card this time ... I figure nail polish bottles are much the same size. This one is about 5 cm, with the brush top extending it to the full 8 cm.
HMM!

Szell: Is it safe?
Babe: You're talking to me?
Szell: Is it safe?
Babe: Is what safe?
Szell: Is it safe?
Babe: I don't know what you mean. I can't tell you something's safe or not, unless I know specifically what you're talking about.
Szell: Is it safe?
Babe: Tell me what the "it" refers to.
Szell: Is it safe?
Babe: Yes, it's safe, it's very safe, it's so safe you wouldn't believe it.
Szell: Is it safe?
Babe: No. It's not safe, it's... very dangerous, be careful.
