My hair.
I needed a change really bad. As weird as it may sound, sometimes changing your appearance can help you change your attitude and become someone you’re afraid to be.
Everyday I work on myself to be more understanding of others, more caring of others and always grateful for every situation, good or bad, that comes my way. But in doing so, I’ve forgotten to take care of myself and my own needs.
Please never forget that in order to give your love, you must have enough love within first. Whether that’s through self-created love or love you’ve been nourished with by being around good people, don’t forget to feed yourself with it. Love is truly the food of the soul. Without love, your inner being starves, making it difficult or sometimes impossible to live a selfless life.
