Course #1: The lighting was dim here, so I decided to use a filter to lighten it up so you can see more details, & it didn't distort the color much. I hate using filters, especially on food. So, it was a prix fixe dinner, and it started with a Tuna Tartare with preserved lemon & caviar on top, and toasted brioche bits sprinkled over it all! It was really divine! Delicate tuna flavor, accented with the ever so slight tang of the preserved lemon, the vegetalness of the fresh tiny greens, and the lovely saltiness if the caviar. And I loved the crunchy bits!
