My HP laptop hinge broke recently. After finding a couple of sites where they used a right angle bracket, epoxy, a grinder etc. to fix it, I opted for buying OEM parts off of ebay. Here's the laptop exposed so I can remove the old hinges and replace with new ones.

I am going to put on blank hinge inserts, so these are going to my British friend Alasdair in England. He's the one that sent me antique motorcycle photos.

Very common problem with the original SX-70's. It still folds down properly so people sell it as being in good working condition.
