The green tea bag is sitting inside the inner part of the glass cup, sitting on top of a mirror. Card was slanted across the top of the cup so as not to reflect anything above through the mirror, with a light directly above the cup too so as to highlight more of the color of the tea green tea bag.

Another Green Heron from yesterday. This one also struck for a fish, but I completely missed any photos of it. They are incredibly quick, which is why they are so successful. Maplewood Nature Center, Ramsey County, MN 08/10/25

After running around their train and completing their work in town, the MRL's Helena Local departs from Townsend, Montana behind an SD45 and GP9 to head back to the yard in Helena. As the train leaves town, it crosses over the Missouri River on a four span truss bridge.

Funny how the green heron really doesn't look all the green.

Spotted just outside of a local preserve, in a place there is a bit of swampy water. Saw several birds there, along the fenced edges, as well as a second on of this species.

Shell Creek Road on the way to Carrizo Plains National Monument. Went for the wildflowers but was taken by the light and shadow of the hills. From the archives. Trying to reduce library. Lots of walks down memory lane.
