Street Art Wincolmlee and the High Street Kingston upon Hull this is the latest since Banksy painted one a short while back, everyone appears to be going on in the media that this is something new to this area, wrong 4 years ago a Freedom Art appeared in the High Street, and graffiti has been going on for years and years, and will continue to do so. It is true to say the City Council and others considered this an eyesore, till the City of Culture came along and then the Banksy and the whole council became experts over night and now love it. However they did in their wisdom spoil the Banksy with a solid plastic sheet. I will post the High Street art soon the difference between the two sites is amazing. Both sites are in colour and monochrome.
The Old Vic tunnel, Leake St next to Waterloo: one of my favourite shooting spots.
I had planned to start there and move on to Covent Garden but I didn't see time go by and before I knew it it was time to go home!
I took a similar shot last week (in my photostream too if you are curious). I wasn't 100% happy with it so I went back today to give it another go.
Usually I am disappointed with my second attempts but today, I am happy. I like the poses of the artists, they are more aesthetic.
My favourite shot of the day so far!
