So I had a GENIUS idea, to mount 4x6 postcards on 4x6 foamcore, to create 1:6 scale diorama wall art by recycling cards and postcards I already had, as well as some classic film posters and prints.
But then I discovered that regardless of the fact that everything was labelled 4x6", the foamcore and cards varied from piece to piece. So now I am trying to sort out how to mount the cards with the least amount of damage to the actual cards.
I am guess that my next batch will be 600dpi prints of royalty-free artwork and images on photo paper which I can trim to size, so I am not trying to cut the foamcore with an X-acto knife, as this so far has been FAR more difficult than I would have thought.
These will most likely go up in my etsy shop tonight/tomorrow!
