Had a lovely stay at bluestone which is a holiday resort located in pembrokeshire, worth a visit!!

Sunrise over Llyn Cau from the summit of Cadair Idris after an overnight wild-camp - As for the legend of Cadair, I came down neither a madman or a poet, at least not as far as I can tell yet...

We have had a visitor to pembrokeshire, a walrus!! its the same one that was seen in ireland 2 weeks ago, seems to love tenby at the moment and staying on the live lifeboat slip!!

With fog predictions from the Met office all weekend I decided to head down to the Peak District to capture some late autumnal images. Woodland isn’t really my bag but just lately I’ve been immersing myself in forests and sticking it out. The colours, even now, are still so vibrant in places and the fog yesterday helped with photographing this scene at Padley Gorge.

Let me know your thoughts below, thanks for looking!

The milky way arching across the north-south horizon above our wild-camp for the night on the summit of Glyder Fach in Snowdonia, taken shortly before dawn this morning..

As Visit Wales motto for 2016 is 'Year of Adventure' and they invite you to get out there and #findyourepic - this particular trip certainly seemed to fit that bill...

We hiked up to the summit arriving at the end of golden hour for the sunset in the evening, before making camp and settling down for what was going to be a cold night ahead in the snow.

Before long enough there was already fresh snow falling around us at midnight, covering the tents in snow, before the skies cleared and gave us a superb view of the night skies and milky way above. The sunrise that followed a couple of hours later was nothing less than spectacular too - an incredible, epic trip in the mountains of Snowdonia...

10 vertical images taken handheld to create this as the view was amazing

Didn't catch any presided meteors last night but an amazing milkyway as a backdrop always makes up for it

Visited Haroldston chins in pembrokeshire, what a view from there, views right across to St Davids

Not much of a sunrise but worth the 5.30am alarm

what a view from here, this was my 1st visit to this part of the Pembrokeshire coast and the views were amazing, well worth the visit

Lost my mojo lately so decided to head out with the camera, not used the 7d with the sigma 10-20 for a while.

The sky and reflections were perfect for the wide angle lens!

LAST ONE STANDING

I'm just a little bit in love with this shot! 😍

We had twenty minutes where the sun went behind clouds so sat on the quarry cliff edge having lunch when suddenly a thin vertical slice of sunlight broke through and began quickly working its way along the layers of Dinorwic slate quarry. I tracked it along hoping it would hit this lone tree and as it did it turned completely luminous against the gorgeous purples and aquas of the slate.

It was there one second and gone the next and I knew we had captured somthing special when me, Ryan and Phillip all shouted ''bloody hell!'' at the same time as the cameras fired away 😆

Unplanned stop while driving down the ogwen valley last night I noticed the last bit of sunlight hitting the mountains had to pull over and grab a quick shot

The view south-west from the summit of Glyder Fach in Snowdonia and our wild-camp for the night, looking across to the Milky Way shortly before dawn - with Saturn and Mars being the two brightest objects in the sky. The small blurry green object top-centre is Comet 252P/Linear currently visible in our night-sky.

Taken from the Llanberis Lake Railway. It was a dull and overcast day and not too many people on the lake, but the views were wonderful

Really enjoyed shooting in the dark, the late night fog on Saturday night really helped me deliver a spooky image! 💀
