ODC2 - Our Daily Challenge - Timing is everything

I went along to the farm to see if anything was happening there and looking for photo opportunities. The cattle feed must have been put out just before I got there and the cows and calves were all busy with their heads in the various bins. All of a sudden, out of the midst of the cattle, this ostrich spread it's wings and chased the cattle away! I guess they got too close or too pushy. A couple of the emus were also rearing up at each other, but I missed getting an in-focus shot of them!

So this was a lucky shot! When I looked at it on the computer I couldn't decide between "I believe I can fly" or "Shall we dance" . I loved the expression on the calf, as though it was wondering what the ostrich was up to now!
