Evidence of West Cumberland’s iron making past is manifest here north of Whitehaven on 24 March 1997 with the arches of old kilns or furnaces seen above the locomotive.
The two piers on the left and the building of unknown purpose behind them are no longer there. Also long gone is Workington’s Rail making plant just visible on the horizon above that strange building behind the pair of piers. It was the Workington plant - of course - that rolled the continuous welded rail - seen here on 6L18 behind 37371 – whose amazing flexibility allows them to faithfully follow the curvature of the track here at Redness Point.

They had a more rounded.
Maybe they were the cheapest to buy elastic lasted me a long time but eventually became very uncomfortable.

They were very fashionable in the 80 90 for heavys and people who wanted to check off legs.
Too bad that did not use these jeans all tall guys with good legs and good body.
It would also ideal for cyclists gymnasts especially good form of strong legs and sturdy ...

Al ir a ponermelos la cremallera casi se sale de los rieles y eso que les mande arreglar y ponerla super solida y muy resistente

I've created a new flickr account that can be found here: www.flickr.com/photos/oxidiseronthemove/
I'll upload pictures I take with my phone there. I can directly upload pictures from my phone anywhere where I have UMTS or 3G (or wi-fi is good too) coverage on my cell phone. Yay.
I need some practice at this High key stuff. And better lighting I think. Not very happy, but run out of time to do better.

2- Fui desmontando ela por partes sem precisar cortar ou desamarrar o elástico. Usei o mesmo ao remontá-la pois estava perfeito

2- I dismantled her for parts without cutting or untying the elastic. I used the same to re-string her because the elastic was perfect.
The background is a piece of notebook paper that measures 2¾" to the edge of the yellow border.
If you ever wore braces on your teeth you probably recognize the elastics. They go on the braces to tighten them. They are used to put extra pressure on the teeth and can cause discomfort.
When I first met you
You were not house trained
A backwood trier
The world? your oyster
Your time is mine
What? yours is mine all mine
There? no honour
Among thieves
So we worked together
A varied rich
and famous crime
You had your motives
I had mine
For a soul to find
Little piece rub off on mine
When I first met you
I was not housetrained

The only thing I could think that this was, was an elastic for a roof rack or the like.
It was an option for last Monday's Macro Mondays theme, but I changed my mind.
Better viewed large and thank you for your favourites.
Wobbly cameras usually add a sense of movement where there is none, but it’s quite good fun to use them to isolate parts of moving scenes and make them stay still…
This image of a girl having a great deal of fun on a bungee swing (or whatever they are properly called) at Frampton Fair in September. Frampton is one of the largest country fairs in England and the place was heaving with people, and the occasional pig/dog/pony/llama.
ICMs are useful at anonymising people, and I am always wary of taking images of children I don’t know these days because of the social anxiety about them. That, along with the difficulty in getting the right viewpoint at the right time (with no one in the way!) made everything a bit tricky. Nevertheless, fun was had and some new wobbly subjects were attempted with occasional success, most notably the dodgem cars.
My 100x project is drawing to a close now. I’ve still got quite a backlog of dubious images to share so we shall have to see what happens. I think next year I’ll try splitting it into two 50x projects so we all don’t get too bored by July…
Thanks for taking the time to look. I hope you enjoy the image. Happy 100x :)
