A mega day taking the high route via Chumchet, Yarcho, Gompa Goan, Lari and Puh, distributing LED solar lights carried by porter Henry, before dropping down to the Sardi Khola / Syar Khola / Tsum Chu at Domje and climbing back up to Chhokang Paro where we were met by Namgyal’s mum, bringing tea and snacks to help us on the final mile or so to their home.
En route, lots of Tibetan tea, tsampa, rice and veg; offers of arak and chang; ~2000m ascent… visits to homes, schools, a monastery and a nunnery, high in the mountains of Upper Tsum Valley.

Operation Homefront distributed 300 backpacks filled with school supplies to military children stationed at Altus AFB and Fort Sill in Lawton, Oklahoma. Altus Airman and Family Readiness Center held a "Snag a Bag" drive thru event on 6 August and on 8 August, in partnership with the Home Depot store #3914, associates handed out backpacks and kids workshop kits to military families, providing much needed supplies for the upcoming school year and a little weekend craft activity.

At Moria, the registration center for non-Syrians on the Greek island of Lesbos, Sakina, a 65 year-old Afghan grandmother carries four packages of rice and lentils and four pieces of flatbread to her children and grandchildren.
ìWe arrived last night at the camp and slept outdoors with no blankets,î says Sakina. The following day, the family purchased a tent from a local vendor, since there was no available space at the limited number of shelter-homes insufficient to accommodate thousands of people who arrive most every day. At Moria, they are obliged to wait, sometimes as long as several days, in order to receive a paper granting them 30 day stay in Greece and the right to purchase ferry tickets for the mainland, from where they can make their way towards Western Europe.
In Iran, where they family had taken refuge until recently, the children were not able to attend school. She explained that their destination is Germany; ìWe want to educate our children in order to give them a good future.î

Multan, 27-12-2013: Al-Khidmat Foundation Multan held a special ceremony to distribute gifts among orphan children, who were very pleased on receiving those gifts. Al-Khidmat Foundation holds such ceremonies to encourage the children and make them feel a part of an active and caring society.

The brief for the paper distributer – Fedrigoni.uk was to encourage more designers to visit and use the Fedrigoni London Showroom. And my solution is: Fill the Space. I created a pure blank canvas notebook with a suggested event loose insert poster.
Print Process and Finishes Poster
I believe most of the graphic designers would love to visit a print process and finishes exhibition. To sell the space to designers, hosting such an event in Fedrigoni showroom makes designer visits the showroom. The small repeated icons on the poster are Fedrigoni’s floor plan. I filled up each box with different finishes and technique. Giving them a peep on what is on in the coming exhibition.

Statement:
In this composition I've put various pictures of lights and wires. These pictures represent wiring.
- Explanation:
In the reading, p.46~47, it is written that "The wiring inside our head and the information flow
inside the computer is the two networks connecting to the distributed project data, and they influence
each other."
I wanted to concentrate on this specific phrase because it was captivating for me to imagine that our
brains and the computer is the two networks connected together to a data. We never imagine our brains
being the motherboard/chip of a computer sharing information which influences others.
However, the white round dots in the composition are the meeting points where information is
transferred and shared.
