Our community-centered vision is now threatened by German Yakobov / Haverford Developers who have been actively buying up property elsewhere in West Philadelphia and now have plans for this property. How do we protect ourselves against billionaire land grabs?
How do we fight back? How can people help?
This was an hour-long beginning for this newest Philly neighborhood struggle against predatory developers.
