Two things I can never, ever stay away from when I see them on a menu. We also went ahead and added in the deviled eggs.

I heart eggs. Deviled, these are, but I like them fried, scrambled, hard-boiled, soft-boiled, poached and all other ways too! Mmm. Eggs.

This was my July 2013 Reeser's Potato Salad Challenge entry. I made a dressing based on my most requested deviled egg recipe and added Thai seasonings and lump crab meat and finely diced baby medley potatoes, onions, cleery root and pancetta, amongst other secret ingredients. They're served in edible cucumber cups and garnished with micro greens and dyed hard boiled egg whites on the side. These were delicious!
There is nothing more traditionally yellow and orange in April than devil eggs sprinkled with a bit of paprika :-) These were part of our Easter brunch.

For supper my wife prepared chicken, oatmeal raisin bread with butter, deviled eggs and a tossed salad.
Deviled eggs stuffed with: 1) egg yolks, tuna, light mayonnaise, dill, cucumber, salt, pepper; 2) egg yolks, yellow bell pepper, Brie cheese, light mayonnaise, prawns, jalapeƱos, salt, pepper.
This is a sort of tomato juice drink made with canned tomato juice and eight other ingredients. The other ingredients include grated onion and celery, horseradish and Worchestershire sauce and other things - but does that sound like a familiar recipe? Yes, this does taste like a big glass of seafood cocktail sauce and with finely grated vegetables in it, it has a bit of that texture, too. I didn't like it much. The deviled eggs were good, though!
Our neighbors invited those of us who did not have Easter plans to their home for dinner and dominoes. I took sweet potatoes and these deviled eggs. Yes, the one in the center is supposed to resemble a chick.
And in the game, I managed to achieve the second-worst score.
