A very rushed attempt at something much larger that I will soon be working on. I literally had 1 hour tonight to play around, and so thought I would quickly lay down the basis of what I have been thinking about. The triangle will soon grow, and hopefully look a lot more accurate than tonight's very rushed effort. It may even turn into a game of snooker...

It's a Small World.
Well that's it then! It feels like a great achievement to have seen this project through to the bitter end through good times and bad but it sure feels good to have the last one in the bag!
Red circles formed with the amazing led lenser v24 and writing done with a coast A15. All created in camera.
I'd just like to say a massive THANK YOU to everybody who has taken an interest in my work throughout this year and for all the comments, favourites and encouragement you have given me, without which I don't think this photo a day lark would have been quite so easy!
A special thank you goes to a few people on here who I've shared this year in photos with
It's been a real help to have other like minded people doing the same thing and make some good friends along the way!

I still have quite a few photos to upload over the coming days - taking a photo a day does not seem to be the problem, it's finding the time to edit them and get them online that is virtually impossible at the moment :O)

A long time ago in a toy box far, far away....
In order to try and do something a little bit different to some of the other Star Wars work here on Flickr, back in July / August time I decided that it would be a good idea to create some new accommodation for my Star Wars characters. As much as they enjoyed being photographed in my back garden and on my table-top they would NOT shut up about getting onto the property ladder...
They were all looking a little cramped inside my toy box anyways and they seem to be very happy with their new digs, for now at least! ;o)
Plenty more photographs to follow from inside the Big Brother Star Wars house......

We take a closer look at several of the more popular forms of Light Painting: Orbs, Ribbons, Physiograms, Domes and Star Trails. I describe in complete detail with photographic illustrations and descriptions how you set about making each one. Every year I receive lots of emails from people asking me how I create my Orbs – this topic is covered in great detail
- The Full Monty
Putting everything into practice. Join me on a night photography Light Painting shoot where we look at the entire creative process from start to finish
I have not held anything back, as I wanted to share everything with you that I have learned over the past five years. This book is truly a labour of love and I hope you find it incredibly helpful.

35... I think. But had to stop as my hands were freezing... wind chill was well in the negatives!!! Got back to camera and it had started to fog up. Its the best of bad job, and I sure wasn't about to start again.
Oh well this is my second go at the whole pikebubbles / tackyshack accidental multi orb challenge (read the thread from the links!!)
(taken on one exposure, no additions after the exposure. I use aperture3 as a RAW converter and will adjust levels, saturation, white balance, brightness and some minor cropping if required.)

This image marks a very important juncture for me in my photographic journey. I was fortunate enough to be asked to help create the imagery that would be used in a sizeable ad-campaign in the US.
I spent between 2 & 3 weeks liaising with the design company, and I was lucky that the weather was pretty good for that entire period which allowed me to produce the work on time. If you are interested in seeing my work that was used in the final campaign, you can do so by following the below link:
