You had to hide away for so long (so-oo long!)
Where did we go wrong

Product shots merged with cut+paste backround for the for the Urban Hund spring catalog.
Rumour has it that eating tulips and smoking pot gives us Dutch these very elastic bodies and never-ending smiles on our faces.
Collage made for last week's theme "Dance, dance, dance" on kollagekit.blogspot.com/
Today is Autumn's Day,
when she officially gets to come out and play.
The weather gets chilly and the trees in the wind, begin to sway.
The day gets shorter and the leaves change in a brilliant display.
Autumn must be here to play,
she loves the crisp cool air and colored bouquet.
Her whistling laughter drifts high into the airway,
and a chill settles in when Autumn comes to play.
Soon the snow will come our way
and Autumn will take a ride on a sleigh.
but not today
She just started to play.

Photograph of Fall leaves mirrored once.
Trees through the
glass in winter time,
bring about the
dreams of the mind.
Water drips along the
warm glass,
as the ice melts against it,
slowly refreezing in time.
The framing in the window,
puts the frozen night in
perspective for the mind.
This scene changes only
a little at a time,
bringing on the
dreams of the mind.
Floating water stars
swirling in my sight.
Day dreams and
memories are things
we hold on to too tight.
Growth in life and love
depend upon ones
changing plight.
Floating water stars
swirling in my sight.
Change and forward
motion are forever
ones true fight.
What dreams came
true were up to you
come day or night.
Floating water stars
swirling in my sight.
5x7" handmade collage card (w/ envelope.)
Washing dish's is
a daily chore.
Watching the bubbles
drip to the floor.
As they build up on
to the plates some more.
I see smiling at me this
face from the dish's core.
Dishpan hands and this
tedious task can be a bore.
Yet, not when
daydreaming
bubbles,
make one laugh
from the floor.
Perhaps a bubbly daydream
will make one smile some more.
Photograph of soap bubbles building up onto plates in the sink.
Mirrored, inverted and saturated colors. Fisheye filter used twice.
'And now boys and girls a bedtime story'...
