This summer I got to work with Rock Paper Robot on their Float Table. Magnetized wooden cubes and steel cables hold the pieces together, and can support decorative items up to five pounds. This playful piece merges high design and classical physics.

A beautiful Oak side table Talia found for a bargain at a garage sale on the weekend. She stripped it back and stained it and we will probably lightly wax it.

Yep, that's Obi-Wan's Coffetable. It's been repainted to match Yoda's home decor.
I made a round concave area in the middle of the diorama so that Luke would have more headroom while chillin' in Yoda's Crib.
I decided to make Yoda's treestump home a separate peice so it would be easy to get figures in and out for more play/display options.

the bubbleplastics covering the carpets have been removed.
complete people-freak-outer he still is. he's even been dangeourosing his life on plusieur occasions by hare-imitation & cars don't exist. bikes, benches, dirtbags, streetnoise, stops at pieton trafficlights, the coffetable in the restaurant, ... quite a lot of things in fact.
he's a cool hunter & unlikely the size difference and his only six months he swiftly follows sis at enckle distance.
the two of them are perfect get-alongs. there is overly sweet & gentil morningplays. gives me great wake-ups.
books were removed under the cupboard. so next to his safe cudle-uppie space under the sittingrooms sofa, another safehaven in the house is found. and although you may always find alex full blown stretched-out on the sofas, he's never even been temped.
i would like him to react more quickly when he's called in the open.
last three days there was waaay to much waiting and noisemaking on my behalf and stressing alexander : "i'm here!, i'm here already, why do you keep shouting ???" she doesn't seem to understand i'm just calling the adoptive.
sweet words make him estatic :-) he's a great little dancer.
the matter of the little pink that had to overly & on any oppertunity had to lick my skin is in fade mode. alex thinks you have to deserve them. and thats how i like it too.
(when we take the flight of steps to the flat she always awaits me at the door. when my head is at ther height she sticks out the tip of here nose and i kiss it. our little secret ritual we hide from 't ventje;-)
alexander still walks past our car - donno the doghouse on wheels; way to much stuff goin' on out of it. mr. napoleon on the other hand knows it as THE saving of all movings in the street.
(funny : he's never had an issue with crusing).

sat & today all day fotoshoot at the flat + the saterday/sunday night my services were "required" at the bartenderjob. 20.00 till 06.00 - i arrive home earliest 08'tish.
its a killer. (easy wake-ups at O5 but NOT the other way around) just a bit more security with the interior & design ...
