Merci beaucoup pour vos visites et commentaires ♥

We went back to Taughannock Falls State Park and a lot of people were visiting today. I encountered these two lovely Rottiepoo's while there. They are a mix of Rottweiler and Poodle. They are big dogs and very gentle.

Champ de lin, avenue du Port Fluvial, à Halluin.

The Champs de Mar is named after the Campus Martius ("Mars Field") in Rome, a tribute to the Roman god of war. The name also alludes to the fact that the lawns here were formerly used as drilling and marching grounds by the French military.

This place witnessed the spectacle and pageantry of some of the most well-remembered festivals of the French Revolution. On July 14, 1790, the first fête de la Fédération (now known as Bastille Day) was held on the Champ de Mars, exactly one year after the storming of the prison. The following year, on July 17, 1791, the massacre on the Champ de Mars took place. Jean Sylvain Bailly, the first mayor of Paris, became a victim of his own revolution and was guillotined there on 12 November 1793.

The photograph was taken from the first level of the Eiffel Tower.

Happy Monday -- hope everyone has a great week. Thanks for stopping by and for your comments and faves -- I appreciate them all.

I still have no idea how I ended up with a sporty doll but I love her <3 <3

I really need to get her some more appropriate clothing for playing.

This was from one of my first trips to Paris after I started shooting digital. How old is it well it was shot with a D70s that should give you a big hint. Believe it or not done with a tripod standing in the middle of the street. I actually like this version that is a bit more abstract most will probably not but, I think it gives it more of an artistic flare.
