EGFR stands for the estimated Glomerular filtration rate. This is the best overall index of kidney function. The normal GFR varies according to sex, body size, age, and declines as increasing age.
So next I needed some calculations from which I could create a template. A quick Google search for “cone calculator” yielded several excellent examples of which I liked this one best: www.gardenendeavors.com/rack/conepage.html
After plugging the numbers into the calculator we get a radius for the small hole as 5.028916”, close enough to 5 for my purpose, and 13.41044” for the large circle which I converted to 13 7/16” as close enough. The all important pattern angle comes in at: 107.3789 degrees, 107 is close enough for me. So to make my template I first needed a piece of paper to draw onto. The back side of some holiday wrapping paper, or even some old newspaper will work in a pinch. I had some paper sheets that had been used for padding in a box, and that worked nicely. The paper needs to be at least twice the large hole radius, or about 27 inches long. First near the edge I drew a straight line about 27 inches long.

Perhaps Chedworth is best known for it's Roman villa hidden at the end of a wooded valley a short distance from the village. Chedworth is a linear settlement which follows a steep sided valley for several miles, the small cottages that make up the majority of the buildings are masked amongst the trees and lost from sight by the rise and fall of the land. Perhaps the centre of the village is it's beginning, the group of houses that cluster below the church, which is cut into the steep valley side above. All is quiet and calm, paddocks with sheep, chickens, a pair of donkeys and even llamas line the road. The church is an early foundation, parts of the present structure dating to the late Norman period, most notably the tower. However it is the beauty of the setting, looking out over the valley below and the dramatic wall of Perpendicular windows that make up the south facade that add such beauty to this remote church. The south wall is also remarkable for a series of inscriptions from the late 15th century which include dates written in Arabic numerals. This early use of a system of notation which would revolutionize mathematical calculation is perhaps the product of the international connections of local wool merchants. Chedworth was once a busier place, the remains of a disused railway run through the village and indeed through a substantial tunnel nearby and a Wartime air field can be seen in the fields beyond.
According to my calculations I have enough to make my Cateye Discoball (137), although when I look at them it doesn't look like it could possibly be enough to cover the surface of a football. Time will tell however. They were all collected loose from the side of the road while cycling too and from work.
We started out to catch moonrise but calculations didn't work out. When we arrived we were met at the gate by the exiting park ranger. People at low risk probably require no further attention. People at high risk will likely be prescribed interventions, such as statins. People in the intermediate group might consider protective measures, such as dietary changes.

The Device allows an automatic calculation of the Concrete Maturity Index by tracking temperature changes in fresh concrete over the time. The system leads to effective planning of construction operations, such as heating, moistening of pouring, removal of formwork, etc.
Without maturity monitoring, in-place concrete strength is estimated by performing compressive cylinder tests in a laboratory. Relying solely on lab tests requires several specimens and can waste valuable time if a project’s in-place concrete reaches sufficient strength before standard test intervals. In the construction business, time is money.
