Prompt: Black and white photorealistic scene of an abandoned concrete room with crumbling walls. Peeling wallpaper hangs loose. A rusted bicycle without a front wheel leans against the wall, with the word ‘SCHWINN’ faintly visible on its frame through the rust. A gas mask hangs from a broken nail. In the overgrown dirt floor below, there is grass, half-buried. Nearby, decayed military boots are almost swallowed by moss. Rotting, moldy books lay scattered. Spiderwebs stretch between the corners. Light enters faintly through broken windows. Silent, cinematic, atmospheric decay.

I wasn't sure what truck this was but Edward Wojtasek suggested it might be a Studebaker. So, I did some research and found some photos Studebakers that show a similar grill and hood. It's too bad that it's been sitting there, probably for decades. Maybe some day a collector will find it and restore it. (Deschutes State Park, Maryhill State Park DSC_6102.jpg)

This College was opened near 1850 as one of the most prestigious educational institutions in the last decades of the nineteenth century.
It was the second largest school in Portugal having great fame passed through there great personalities such as Egas Moniz in 1949 won the Nobel Prize for Medicine and Afonso Costa one of the greatest politicians of the Portuguese First Republic.
When the Republic was implemented in 1910, the property of the Jesuits was confiscated, so the College closed. Had about 400 boys.
More photos of current (sadly) state soon ... One of the most amazing places that I explored.

Someone is maintaining the grounds outside this abandoned place even though the house is badly deteriorating. Many of the window panes were broken, but the doors were firmly locked.

Window Wednesday
When I lived in New Mexico I saw this old store for sale. I think demolishing it would be a good idea, it was in very bad shape!
This is in the ruined part of the house. Plants grow inside as well as outside.

Our tour was guided by the son of the owner of the general store/souvenir shop in Mogollon, the only people we encountered in town. There were falling down buildings and open unfenced pits reaching down halfway to hades. We did cautiously enter the mill building for this shot.
