This is a window from the old bookstore that I took pictures of. I'm still pretty busy, but I'll still post now and then. I haven't gotten around to taking new pictures yet.

This is a true story about Yasha from Russia that “double-cross” devil and get his soul back. This is not a lyrics of lost song from Jeff Beck neither unreleased horror script from Gregory Peck. You probably don’t believe a single word neither would believe Doubting Thomas. Damnation angels love my mystic inspiration they promised that soon entire nation will heard about me (somehow I think they were just kidding me).
I made oath with the Satan, but he later change his mind.
He said:” when you sign a contract I tell to myself, this boy is blind.
But now I see pure art from your heart. This is first time that I will make exception.
I know you didn’t have an option, you wanted so badly to have Fuji camera”.
In the end of year 2019 I sold my soul to Lucifer and I bought camera Fujifilm X-T3 + Fuji lenses 16-55mm. Later Lucifer regret when he saw my flashlight photos so we sign new contract. This isn’t fairy tale but fact. Devil said:"Yasha your flashlight photos are splendid, your magic inspiration should never ended. I will give you your soul back but you need to continue with flashlights in your photography and I Master of darkness can use your photos free for my dark kingdom". New contract was sign in blood and there was no turning back. Maybe one day this would be inspiration for musician Jack Black (probably not).
I promised you photo from dark room from third floor so here it is. Would you dare to be alone in this gloom & doom horror room? It is a place where angels fear to tread... I was there before dawn for my photo session シ, it was about 4 a.m. this summer. Location = third floor of abandoned beverage company Maraska in city Zadar. Enjoy.
P.s. I recommend you cool not famous rock song in which Dio sung back vocals: Heaven - Where Angels Fear To Tread. I also recommend you song Lizzy Borden - Deal with the devil and song W.A.S.P. - Damnation Angels.
Ein jedes Mal, wenn Herr Stock mit seinem Baum Waldi Gassi geht, muss er ihn fest an die Leine nehmen, steckt dieser doch anderfalls seine Nase in die größen Haufen.
Everytime Mr. Stick walks his dog Twiggy, he has to grab her leash firmly, as otherwise she'd stick her snout into the biggest turds.
Against the far wall just to the right of the loft office we have a clue about this building's status. Notice the abandoned mobile field office left by one of several contractors involved in preparing the mill for demolition.
A hole in the window of a truck at Dave's Old Truck Rescue in Sprague, WA makes one wonder if the driver is okay.
Happy Window Wednesday!
Found this in an abandoned trailer. Space was so tight that I held my camera on my hip and took the shot. This was as I found it; I rearranged nothing.

I have several of shots of this window. Some have much better focus of the window itself, but the reflection is blurred. Decided to choose the reflection over the window.
This was the former Kronk Community Center, home of the famous Krong Boxing Gym, It opened in 1921, closed in 2006, caught fire while empty in 2017 and was demolished shortly after.

This is one of the buildings of an old train station. I honestly don't know what it was used for, it looked pretty cool though.
Small section of a broken train car window for the Macro Mondays group. Topic: Broken. Happy Macro Monday.

I saw this place yesterday when I was out walking, but the light was harsh and not ideal for shooting. Half the building was in the sunshine and half was in he shade so as much as the building appealed to me, I had to walk away.
I had my fingers crossed that it would still be standing today; and luckily, true to form, nothing moves quickly in Ottawa and this place was just as I left it!
Two urban shots in one week! I'm on a roll! Although, I think I'll be back to nature soon. I'm officially done my work week, which means I can stay away from the urban jungle of the downtown core!
Anyway, hope everyone has had a good day.

Ok....maybe it's a bit too far gone now for the paint brushes and ruler.
I'm already thinking I need to go back here again tomorrow for a few more photos... do I really need to do that, or is it just another avoidance technique to keep me from doing the work I need to do? I think I already know the answer....of course, I also know what I'll end up doing.... ; )
When I first saw this, I thought that the vine was the intruder, but after thinking about it, maybe man is. The earth doesn't need us, but we need the earth, it was here before and will likely be here after us.

A garage in Oak Grove, Oregon, near Hood River. I took this picture during the Eagle Creek Fire of September 2017. The air was too smokey for landscapes.
I cropped this from 6x6 to something resembling 6x4.5mm.
