I can't remember why I have these or where I got them from, but I just unearthed them on my machine. Some interesting ideas here and there, no?
Breakout Session: Connectivity
Technology is one of the defining forces of our collective future, reshaping the way we learn, innovate, and connect with one another. Today, new digital technologies and advancements—such as the Internet of Things, smart devices, artificial intelligence, and the block chain—are increasingly changing the concept of connectivity itself and enhancing our ability to maximize human potential. The strategies we design and the investments we make will impact how equitably access to these innovations is shared—and how drastically livelihoods will be improved as a result.
How can we bridge the digital divide of today and harness the potential of connectivity to impact our societies, environment, and economies of tomorrow?

After several minutes of hard plowing, Rotary OY and her train finally break through the 3 foot snow pack and onto Colorado Highway 17, with Pilot Marvin Casias leading the charge up in the cab. After a few brief moments to consult with railroad management on the plan, the train will continue into the snowbank on the opposite site and begin plowing a few car lengths. This is to permit the train to move back and forth across the roadway. Just out of view to the right, virtually every fire engine from the Chama Fire Department is waiting in the street to offload water into the tenders of the rotary, and the two pusher engines. Doing that will require blocking the road for perhaps 30 minutes and the train will need to be able to adjust its position to place the tender being serviced in the middle of the roadway. With the water replenished as much as possible and with crew lunches loaded aboard, the train will then depart for perhaps the most spectacular part of its 2-day journey.....the run to Cumbres Pass via Windy Point.

8 o'clock in the morning and Cardiff city centre is just coming to life and getting ready for the match of the year, Wales v Ireland. This very stunning CVO Breakout was just sitting there, outside Cafe Nero. Snapped with the Gopro upside down on the end of my trecking pole.
Me having a test ride earlier today on Harley's new Breakout model. I think it suits me. Now trying to work out nefarious schemes as to how I could get the obscene amounts of cash that it would cost to buy it. ;)

I wish these flowers were in my yard so I could have taken pics of it in stages. This was at the zoo.
It kind of makes me think of an endless amount of clowns coming out of a clown car! =) HA!!

A bit of nature escapes through a hole in the bars. Oops I knew I forgot something. Thanks to kpriceWicked for making me twist the camera. That's why I went for the walk!
Cowra, a little Central West NSW town, was the site of the largest and bloodiest prison escape in British and Australian War history.
A one-kilometre walk leads around the old garrison and the prisoner of war camp.
