Zark reference3 image from www.boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/8046-Alien Space Battle Manual
I figured the wings are at 45 degree angles. I measured their height, divided it by the cotangent of 45 degrees, and arrived at the true height. I then stretched an image of the wing to that height. It was used in Blender to create the wings.

Every year in mid-November, Jeff and I attend a board gaming convention called BGG in Dallas, Texas. For us, it's a chance to catch up with gaming friends, make new friends and play some games. I find that each year, it becomes more about the people and less about the games. I do a lot of livetweeting from my gaming acct: twitter.com/BGGgirl.

Because I took a LOT of photos and also have to dive into work catch-up, I am unable to fulfill individual requests (e.g. "Could you please send me that photo you took of me on Saturday"); it's why I'm uploading high res versions to Flickr.
