I am in a flowery mood..or mode.. On Explore @140 July 21

This Begonia must like being in the shade house as it is now flowering prolifically.

My begonias has been blooming since Spring.

Begonias thrive in the shade house. I started out with one tiny plant and now 10 plants that are flowering.

are flowering again. Time seems to go so quickly in the garden.

The Begonia plants flowered and then there was nothing much left of them. Some of their seeds found their way into empty pots and I now have brand new Begonia plants with this being the first of the flowers.

Bought this plant about 3 months ago. It likes it in the shade house under 70% shade cloth. It is flowering profusely. Lucky me ☺️

A Wax begonia, also known as a Perpetual begonia, Bedding begonia, Clubed begonia, or simply Begonia. This plant's scientific classification places it in the Kingdom Plantae, Phylum Tracheophyta, Class Magnoliopsida, Order Cucurbitales, Family Begoniaceae, and Genus Begonia.

There are a few beds in Stanley Park each year, with these beautiful lush flowers

I love how Begonias are similar to roses, but without the thorns!

Native to montane cloud forests on the eastern side of the Andes in Bolivia and Argentina.

The red flowers are slowly fading to pink. They have flowered for a long time.

Thank you all so much for sharing your quality photos which is a great way to see and keep in touch with the world from home. Also for your kind comments and favours which are much valued.

I am not able to take on any more members to follow or to post to groups. I prefer not to receive invites to groups.

Lovely white and pink begonia flowers with red begonias in the background.

This Begonia has always been white, now it has a pink blush to the petals. Nature is amazing.
