For those who don't know, these are my two nieces who's all grown up now -- Back in 2015
The one on the right also picked up photography and owns her own camera now. Reminds me of me when I was a teenager, she goes everywhere with her camera. Only thing is, she doesn't like the 50MM as much as I do haha. About 15 years ago, I was the photographer of the family. Always taking pictures of others, for keepsake and seldom have picture of my own but now its like I have my own personal photographer and I've turned into one of those aunties lol.
Good times. I love going through my feed and reminisces the good old days :-)

'tis the time of the year you have to accompany Aunt shopping.
You'd walk a few steps behind her, all time praying none of your friends see you this way. Docile and obedient, carrying loads of cargo like a proverbial mule while Aunt will take the whole of afternoon buying things for Hari Raya.
She stops at every stall, saying hello to her customers. They are all smiles, obviously satisfied with her #nekbat. You smile and nod when they say oh what a lovely boy your son is. Such a good boy to help you collect the money and so honest, and what a bookkeeper he'd be.
Some of Aunt customers have beautiful daughters and you'd hope and pray that they'd see you this way and hear every words their moms are saying about you. But none of them are here today to witness their mom wax lyrical and testify what a good boy you are.
We walk on. My hands are starting to feel tired. The loads are getting heavier and Aunt says, let's go to the other side of the pasar I want to see Cik Yah, she has fresh stocks of pots and pans from Siam.
End of Ramadan. 'tis the time of the year you have to follow Aunt shopping.
