Last weigh-in: 125.6

I missed two AWs because of travel and malaise and the fact that I watched the number hover around 126 and wasn't so thrilled with that. (I really would like it to hover around 120, but hovering around 123 is fine.)

I credit this 1.5-lb loss to all the walking i have done in the last week. Friday: all over the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens; Saturday: Arthur Ave and the entire NY Botanical Gardens; Tuesday: 3/4 mile to and from Gleek's AND a mile to and from a friend's for dinner (almost 4 miles of dedicated walking yesterday alone!).

I need to make it a point to walk more.

Rebuilt AW in an alloy hub shell, laced to a 40-hole 700c Mavic rim. This is on my brown 1972 Raleigh Super Course.
