At the Halyard in Greenport. I believe this was the seared foie gras and hamachi sashimi. I know it was delicious!
I know I know, we said we aren't eating seafood, but sometimes you have to make exceptions. When in Rome and all that - seafood is hard to avoid in Tokyo and oh so tasty.

For Chrismtas Day, I made radish slices topped with Greek yogurt and smoked salmon. Some got topped with chopped capers, some with chopped red onion.
God, this is good.
Crushed cannellini beans, olive oil, shallot, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, topped with a slice of prosciutto garnished with chopped arugula.
The chef was experimenting with new appetizer ideas. After she finished, I got to take pics, and eat it.
