Driving back from New Haven to Meriden on I-91. It was still very dark out this morning and I used camera360's Line Sketch app to capture this night image.

Used a lot of different software on this image. First I took it with the Camera360 app for Android, Then imported over to Pixlr-O-Matic, for some editing, and also adding the polaroid type frame, Then imported into Lightroom 3.4.1 for some final tweaks, before uploading this cellphone image.

I used the stock android camera on this one and did a little post production work in photoshop, to enhance some of the blacks sharpen and balance the colors a bit.
I'm not quite in yet. I have to enter through the heavy iron gate. Then try not to step on any of the gravestones that are laying on the ground. I'm sure it was much less costly to get one of these types of flat stones for the ground.

Did some intense editing to this image in Photoshop using the NIK Silver Efex Pro Plugin, and tweaking the blending effects with the original layer. I'm very happy with the result, seeing as it was captured with only a cellphone, with the lens wide open at f/2.6
This is the trusty old pad lock that still locks our lawn shed out back, where we keep all the landscaping tools. I just thought a macro shot of it, while playing around with the colors and details would make for an interesting capture, for my 365 days group.
Taken hand held at the lowest iso setting (80), with enough light to give me 1/80 sec. with the lens wide open at f./4.0, with my Canon point and shoot SX100 IS, which seems to have given me pretty decent shots
This is ME ! It's not often you see me on this side of the lens, but I couldn't resist taking this shot, and experimenting with my new Filter Set for Adobe Photoshop. I used Topaz Clean, on a Cartoon setting. I really like how flat and clean everything looks, taking away any noise, while keeping all the important lines. The Marlboro watermark, is actually left over from a previous image, but didn't seem to do any harm to this image, so, I just left it there where it was. I love my Topaz filters, and plan on experimenting with them as much as I can get away with. Happy Shooting, Everybody!

OK, so I'm psyched to have reached the 20 images mark in this project. I look forward to posting a new shot every day. I got into an accident with my Dad's Cadillac, and it was really a bad one. So, now he's decided to get this car, which is a different model entirely. The one i crashed was a DTS, and the one pictured here is a CTS, a bit of a sporty version.
This is Washington park in Meriden, ct. Taken with a first generation Galaxy S Epic. The structure is old and reminds me of some kind of fortress. Behind me is a playground for kids and adults. Including a basketball court, tennis courts, and swings for the kids.

Cellphone / October 31, 2012 At St. Stanislaus Cemetery at the top of Kogut's hill. There are some strikingly beautiful gravestones.
I was up there on the last day of October, to say goodbye to someone who was once very close to me, and I am saddened by our separation. She enjoyed coming up here at night, and we'd spend most of the night drinking wine and fooling around in the car, and some other crazy things. Although she's still alive, she feels like our relationship is dead, and run it's course. I'll always love you, and you will realize this someday

Sandstone filter in Core'l Paint Shop Pro
I was lucky enough to find this wonderful car parked in Wallingford, CT. I wasn't sure what it was, at first. Never having seen a 300 of this era before. I thought it might have been a Newport, or an Imperial, but was pleasantly surprised after noticing the badging on the rear quarter panels.

I had just finished grocery shopping this Sunday morning, as I hate to go when there are massive crowds of people. I'm naturally a morning person anyway. So, after loading the groceries into the car, I didn't really feel like going home quite yet, and decided to take a drive into Wallingford, as that is where I do my shopping anyway. At the Wallingford Stop and Shop. I have driven by this cemetery hundreds of times, without giving it a second thought. I decided to drive through there, and ended up with some wonderful images. Well, as good as I could get with a 8MP cellphone and photoshop Topaz Adjust.
Traveling around early, I was able to fill up my car at the big Cumberland Farms station we have here in Meriden, on Broad St.
