Here's a project I've been nibbling on for quite some time (years) without really getting anywhere. I keep scrapping stuff, but I've saved a few scribbles which I've liked from the various incarnations of the project.
StarGuard is a very old sci-fi tabletop wargame. It has some ugly-pretty (charismatic) robots and aliens, and I wanted to draw them.

Frontier Elite Unwrapper.Updated this old program a bit. Now has a 3D spinny view, and tension analysis highlighting badly connected vertices (non-flat faces). Also extracted vertex & mesh data from Elite A and Amiga version, as those have unique ships. androidarts.com/elite/frontier.htm

Here's an airbrush booth which I built to point nasty stuff away from my fragile organs. In this case I just pointed the exhaust down a trashcan because I'm working with the more harmless acrylics.

A very snowy morning on the 6th of January 2017. And very cold, as I was nearly home from my trip to Wallingford to do some grocery shopping. I took this through my windshield at about 7:15 a.m. Cellphone image changed to monochrome in Photoshop.

Dad's new Car. The Caddy was just eating up way too much gas. and not very practical for one person. I am so loving my cellphone camera. It shoots better than my Canon point and shoot, sometimes.
This is the new car we got. It's a 2011 Mazda CX-7 crossover, which is a little to get used to after driving sedans forever. But it's great. Bring on the snow!
